So far this show feels extremely weak.
MAL says this will have 53 episodes, so this is just a beginning, but one that is extremely slow in my honest opinion.
I'll keep watching to see if it was worth it to push out Swallowed Star in favour of this show.

nope doest seem to be worth replacing Swallowed star with it. Maybe the story is just as good or even better but the animation is worse..allot worse. you can see the attempts to hide how bad it is.. its embarasing. i actually cringe for the creators that clearly had big plans but something might have happened and they were forced to deliver a half finished product.. i really hope it gets better cause the models and environments look pretty good

Actually, it doesn't matter. Swallowed star has one more good season and after that story turns to crap and that crap only stinks more and more the further story goes. I dropped the novel once I got to 90%, it was just too stupid at that point

Yep its IET worst novel. It had a strong beginning. I think even he knew it was bad and it had a sequel to make up for it. The sequel is IET's best novel ironicly. lol

Why are all the characters in these anime the same, is their culture that messed up that as soon as something goes bad they think or believe that the 1st thing some of them should do is kill and steal from others for no reason. Or is the reason it always looks so awfully written because it's such a foreign concept they can't imagine it in a logical way.

Just like Japanese anime, Donghuas have common archtypes for characters. If you've seen enough them, you'll see even fewer archtypes for Donghua characters. With fewer character options, every story feels nearly the same with only a different background and setting.

all cultures are like this. simple point in life and death you can mainly only trust yourself. as soon as some ones life is in danger they will try to sacrifice someone else to save them selves. this is true for most people on the world does not matter the culture. like I live in the usa and have been betrayed stabed in the back by my own family and ppl I thought where my rea friends.

The situation the characters where in didn't require sacrifice, they simply wanted to hold the more powerful item. The guy didn't need to try and kill the MC for it. Nor did they need to try and take the item.
I'm also assuming your life wasn't in peril during any of your situation, just that your relationship with your family might be on the bad side and your choice of company was unfortunately poor. Or it's just how you perceive the situation idk.
But "most" people wouldn't actively try and cause harm to others if things go wrong. You look out for numero uno sure, doesn't mean people deliberately screw over others.

my life was in peril at quite a few points yet I'm not going to throw someone else in the way for my life. most ppl would throw someone else in the way for them to live. look at how many times ppl see ppl in danger and they just record it and only one person steps up to help the person
